WHAT IS DONE?

Full service and calibration:

All pipettes are dismantled and cleaned and new parts are fitted where necessary. The pipettes are reassembled and calibrated in accordance with the manufacturer’s original specification for accuracy and precision and in accordance with ISO 8655.  

Only original spares are used and are calibrated to the manufacturer’s specification for accuracy and precision. Certificates are in accordance with ISO 8655. All systems are fully traceable to National and International Standards and copies of all certificates relating to measuring and environmental systems are supplied.

On-Site Clinics
• As few as 15 pipettes (10 readings / 3 Volumes Single Channel)
• All makes covered
• Engineers carry a complete workshop with them

Workshop Service ('Back to Base')
• FREE collection by courier
• Fast turnaround - typically 5 working days
• We will look at your old or ‘obsolete’ pipettes.
• Comprehensive inventory of spares for all models
